I have spent 6 years helping people transform their lives
In private sessions, in circles, on retreats and on stage, I have watched what happens when someone stops searching outside themselves and comes home.
My work lives where energy meets action. I clear what sits in your field, and then I help you build what your soul wants to live. The spiritual and the practical belong together, and I teach them together.
I have a background as an entrepreneur and brand owner, I started in the energy and coaching world 7 years ago. Now I am a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki healer and Sound healer. I have guided clients one to one for six years, led retreats for two, spoken on the Mindvalley stage, and written The 7 Portals: A Path Back to Your Soul. When you work with me, you get acces to my lived experience and my full presence.
